Who We Are
Ten years of moving closer to the operation.
Necodex was founded in 2016 as a software development company. Each stage since has moved us one step closer to the work itself: first building the software, then building the teams, and now building and running the operations those teams belong to.
The engineering background never left. It still shapes how we approach every engagement: understand the system, identify constraints, measure performance, solve root causes, and use technology where it creates leverage. The product is not a roster of people. It is an operating model you can see, manage, and improve.

How We Got Here
From writing software to running operations.
Every step came from the same discovery: clients did not need more people or more code. They needed someone to take responsibility for the function actually working.
2016
Software Development
We started by building the software.
Necodex opened as a software development company in Hermosillo, building products and systems for U.S. clients. That work taught us to read a business as a system: find the constraint, measure it, fix the root cause.
2020
Nearshore Staffing
Then we built the teams.
Clients kept asking for the same thing: not a project, but people. We moved into nearshore staffing—recruiting, onboarding, and supporting bilingual professionals in Mexico for U.S. companies.
2022
Managed Operations
Now we run the operation.
Staffing exposed the real gap. Good people placed into a broken process still produce inconsistent results, and the management load stayed with the client. So we build the process, lead the team, own the KPIs, and improve the function.
